This search adds the first two dedicated business development professionals to a growing US team. Why you should apply: Own the commercial cycle, from pipeline generation through contract execution. What you'll be doing:
Build and manage a pipeline of pharma and biotech clients matching my client's capabilities.
Lead the RFP and proposal process, partnering with technical, project management, and estimating teams.
Manage the client relationship from first contact through close, and track market trends.
About you:
Be able to do the job as described.
Background in CDMO-specific business development, not general pharmaceutical sales.
Working knowledge of drug development, GMP regulations, and CMC requirements.
Comfortable being the sole business development presence in your area.
