Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: Welcome students and guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally Schedule and coordinate private dance lessons, group classes, appointments, and studio events Maintain accurate student records, schedules, and administrative information Assist with student enrollment, payments, packages, and account updates Communicate with current and prospective students regarding lessons, events, and studio activities Follow up with prospective students and existing clients as needed Support studio promotions, showcases, competitions, and special events Coordinate communication between students, instructors, and studio management Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment Process transactions and maintain accurate administrative records Assist with daily studio opening and closing procedures Support management and instructors with administrative and organizational tasks Help ensure studio policies and procedures are followed Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented studio culture
