HR Business Partner

Business Partnership & Workforce Planning Partner with plant, operations, and leaders to provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and staffing strategies that flex with changing production volumes and customer demand. Review and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, absenteeism, overtime, time-to-fill, and temporary-to-direct ratios to identify trends and recommend actions that improve the overall health of the organization. Partner with the Head of HR to address trends, lead organizational changes, and drive HR programs and initiatives. Temporary Labor & Staffing Agency Management Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agency partners, managing service expectations, order fulfillment, quality of candidates, and day-to-day communication. Manage temporary-to-direct conversion processes to build a stable, skilled workforce and retain top performers. Employee Relations & Compliance Consult with managers and employees on employee relations matters; conduct thorough, timely investigations and make recommendations in response to concerns. Ensure policies, attendance programs, and corrective action are applied fairly and consistently across all shifts, departments, and worker types. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour, FLSA classification, timekeeping, meal and rest breaks, FMLA and state leave laws, ADA accommodations, EEO, and I-9 requirements.
