Director of Renewable Energy Offtake & Origination

Terra Form Power seeks a Director of Origination to lead end-to-end origination and execution of offtake transactions for utility-scale renewable assets. You will structure and close PPAs, negotiate with utilities and corporate partners, and drive pricing discipline across a growing portfolio. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to steer complex cross-functional processes with internal teams and external counterparties.
