Derivatives Counsel, Capital Markets

BMO is seeking a qualified attorney to join the Derivatives Legal Group within the Capital Markets Legal Team in Chicago. You will advise on derivatives, structured products, and trading-related matters, drafting and negotiating key documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements and CSAs. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with trading, sales, risk, compliance and operations teams on a global scale.
