Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities: Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Handle civil cases through trial
Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
Experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters (Required)
