Licensed Barber

Key Responsibilities: Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling for clients according to their preferences and industry standards. Provide recommendations on hair care and grooming products tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sterilization of tools and hygiene practices, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, styles, and trends in the grooming industry. Promote salon services and products to clientele to boost sales and enhance their experience. Manage appointments and communicate with clients effectively to address their grooming needs. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications: Valid NJ state barbering license or cosmetology license required. Proficient in various haircutting techniques, shaving, and beard grooming. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively. Familiarity with barbering products and tools, as well as basic inventory management. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
