Plant Manager (Chlor‑alkali)

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily plant operations, maintenance, engineering, EHS, and production teams. Maintain full P&L accountability for the site. Drive safety, reliability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. Develop and mentor plant leadership and staff. Support continuous improvement and capital projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Proven experience within the chlor-alkali industry is required. Experience leading operations, production, manufacturing, or site teams within a chlor-alkali manufacturing environment. Candidates currently serving as Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Production Managers, Superintendents, or other operational leadership roles are encouraged to apply. Experience with manufacturing operations, budgeting, cost control, capital planning, or financial performance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM, and related regulations. Preferred Turnaround, acquisition, or business transformation experience. Capital project leadership experience. Membrane cell technology experience.
