Key responsibilities:
Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families
Coordinate services and manage documentation and compliance tasks
Engage in marketing and outreach efforts to increase visibility of the foster care program
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Valid Driver License and ability to meet credentialing and licensing standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in SC
Ability to work primarily with clients in Greenville, SC
