Head Coach - Varsity Boys/Girls Swim

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Instructs student-athletes in the rules, techniques, and equipment to become better swimmers or divers. Organizes and directs individual and group practice activities off campus with a specified training facility. Monitoring student-athletes during practices and competitions. The coach must also be capable of completing essential paperwork assigned by the Athletic Director and school system. The coach must also attend assigned rules clinics assigned by the Virginia High School League on a yearly basis.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification under the Virginia High School League.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYNoneTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neighboring localities.
