RN Clinical Informatics Specialist

Clinical IT LiaisonServe as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to optimize health information systemsSupport and assist with the implementation, testing, and training of clinical applications and EHR upgradesAnalyze workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomesProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical systemsAct as a super-user or subject matter expert for clinical IT toolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practicesActive and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of direct nursing experience (required) Experience as a clinical IT super-user or subject matter expert (preferred) Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation standardsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsProficiency in EHR systems and clinical software applications
