Director of Paid Growth - Search & Display

PX is seeking a Director of Search & Display to own paid acquisition across search, display, and video, from strategy through execution and optimization. You will drive annual gross and net revenue growth with an entrepreneurial mindset, building scalable systems and shaping creative within brand standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally to lift lead conversion and overall marketplace performance, manage budgets across multiple networks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
