Senior Manager, Finance Strategy & Transformation

Key Responsibilities: Lead a major finance technology transformation initiative, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. Partner with internal engineering and technology teams to develop scalable financial data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. Translate complex finance and operational requirements into actionable technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance financial workflows and decision-making. Drive the practical adoption of AI-enabled tools across finance teams, supporting implementation, training, and ongoing optimization. Work closely with senior leadership to evaluate strategic priorities, improve business processes, and deliver high-impact initiatives. Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, maintaining accountability for timelines, deliverables, and project risks. Develop frameworks and operating processes that improve efficiency, data integrity, and the quality of management information.

Candidate Profile: 10+ years of professional experience across finance transformation, strategic finance, business operations, technology consulting, or related disciplines. Strong track record of leading complex technology implementations, transformation programs, or cross-functional strategic initiatives. Experience within investment management, financial services, investment banking, or a sophisticated consulting environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams, ideally through business analysis, product ownership, or systems implementation. Practical experience using generative AI, automation, or advanced analytical tools to improve business processes. Advanced Excel capabilities, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to challenge financial data and reporting outputs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives.
