VP of People & Culture Hospitality Leadership

Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and shape our people strategy across hospitality operations. You will partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR programs that support our growth and culture. The role requires a strategic, proactive leader who partners with Legal and operations to navigate complex employee relations, compliance, and compensation across our brands.
