About the Company:
Amazon Growth Lab (AGL) is a full-service Amazon marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands grow and scale on the platform. We specialize in improving visibility, increasing sales, and optimizing advertising through data-driven strategies and structured execution. Our goal is simple: move brands from basic presence to category leadership. We are a lean, focused team that operates with clarity, speed, and a strong commitment to measurable client outcomes.
About the Role:
Account Managers at Amazon Growth Lab are the primary owners of client results. You are not just an ad technician — you are a strategic partner to 10–13 Amazon brands, responsible for their growth, retention, and overall experience with the agency. You own PPC, listings, and client strategy end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role where you are expected to identify problems before clients raise them, communicate results clearly, and provide specific, actionable recommendations in every interaction — not just updates. The standard is simple: every client on your book should feel they are getting more value than what they’re paying for, every month.
Why Work With Us:
At AGL, we build culture through how we actually work — not through performative perks.
We respect people’s time and expect ownership. We communicate directly, move quickly, and hold a high bar for output and accountability. You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be expected to deliver.
We invest in people who take responsibility for results and consistently raise the standard of their work.
