Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days (yes, it's as cool as it sounds).Promoting Manheim's top-tier products and services. Helping dealers prep vehicles for auction in-lane and online. Consulting on pricing, reconditioning, and bidding strategies. Solving problems, answering questions, and being the friendly face our clients count on. You're sharp, adaptable, and ready to roll with the punches. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep things smooth under pressure just like a Vegas pro. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field. A valid driver's license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment. The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds. Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
