Pay: $20.45–$21.20/hour + weekly attendance bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st: 7 am to 3:30 pm 2nd shift - 4 pm to 12:30 am (includes additional shift premium) Put your welding skills to work with a manufacturing team that values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. Job Impulse is hiring MIG Welders in Holly, MI, with opportunities for both experienced welders and recent welding school graduates ready to build their skills in a production environment. What You'll Do: Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies Fit and position components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and sample parts Inspect your welds to make sure they meet quality standards Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely Help keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

You'll be working around welding equipment, machinery, and active production areas, so the shop may be noisy, dusty, smoky, or dirty at times. Production needs can change, and overtime may be available or required depending on workload. Safety, quality, and reliable attendance are important parts of the job.
