Apply for this role →As a remote Senior Creative Video Strategist (Paid Ads), the successful candidate will write, direct, and produce direct response video ads for various social channels, focusing on acquiring new customers for pet-related brands through creative storytelling and data-driven strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the creative execution of marketing videos from ideation to optimization using a test-and-learn approach
Conceptualize scripts, supervise on-set execution, and manage final edits for video ads
Analyze performance data to create video optimizations and mentor a Junior Story Producer
Required qualifications:
5-7 years of experience writing and directing in a visual medium
Exceptional non-fiction storytelling and copywriting skills
Mastery of on-set creative leadership
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Film, or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
