Landscape maintenance Sales and management

Role Description: The Landscape Maintenance Sales and Management role is a full-time, on-site position located in Hopewell, VA. This role is responsible for managing landscape maintenance projects, overseeing crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing estimates and proposals, scheduling and coordinating maintenance services, and monitoring job progress and budgets. The individual will conduct site assessments, recommend landscape improvements, and address customer concerns promptly. The role also involves training team members, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating with leadership on sales targets and service enhancements.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping for managing routine care and improvement of outdoor spaces. Candidates should possess skills in Gardening for plant care, pruning, and seasonal upkeep. Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation for maintaining and troubleshooting watering systems. Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design for planning layouts and recommending enhancements. Experience in sales, customer service, and preparing estimates or proposals for landscape services. Ability to supervise field crews, manage schedules, and maintain quality and safety standards. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active tasks when needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; prior landscape management or supervisory experience is preferred.
