Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities: Direct daily field operations on ground-up commercial projects Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, and construction sequencing Develop and manage schedules and look-aheads to keep milestones on track Anticipate conflicts and resolve field issues before they delay work Maintain quality standards and enforce jobsite safety Lead jobsite meetings and communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to the project team Manage punch lists and closeout for an organized turnover Requirements Superintendent experience leading ground-up commercial construction Strong understanding of construction sequencing, plans, and field operations Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and hold subcontractors accountable Clear communication, sound judgment, and ownership of project results Willingness to travel to project locations What the Company Offers A consistent pipeline of commercial projects Authority to make field decisions without unnecessary red tape Accessible leadership and engaged project management support Competitive compensation, per diem, bonus potential, and full benefits
