About The Role:
We're looking for reliable, caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). This role is focused on helping older adults stay comfortable and supported throughout their day in a welcoming, community-based environment. This is not a highly medical role we're primarily looking for someone who enjoys helping with everyday tasks and being a friendly, dependable presence.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with light housekeeping (tidying common areas, keeping spaces clean and organized)
- Help with laundry for participants as needed
- Support basic meal prep and kitchen assistance
- Provide friendly companionship and help with daily routines
- Assist with group activities and general day-to-day support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and positive attitude
- Enjoy working with older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in caregiving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
