About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its architecture division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing the operating foundation for a growing enterprise, with a focus on connecting project execution, talent deployment, client service, technology, and financial results. This role is pivotal in creating practical operating frameworks that enhance consistency across affiliated practices while preserving the unique relationships, culture, and market strengths of each firm. The CEO will also be responsible for guiding the integration of newly added architecture businesses, developing shared capabilities across various functions, and building an executive performance rhythm. A key aspect of the role is to partner with practice leaders to identify and address performance gaps, and to serve as a trusted industry leader as the organization expands. Applicants for the CEO position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the architecture sector, with a proven track record of senior operating leadership. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate measurable success in improving the business side of architectural practice, including delivery discipline, profitability, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the architecture community, executive accountability for business results, and the ability to communicate with credibility and influence.
