UI/ UX Designer

What You’ll Do: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality design solutions Design intuitive and engaging user experiences forboth mobile and desktop platforms Support the development team to bring designs to production with a clear understanding of front-end implementation Incorporate user feedback, usability testing, and competitive research to inform design decisions Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies Help defineproject requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria Actively communicate design decisions and help align stakeholders to a shared product vision Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure design consistency and quality across workstreams What You Bring 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong interface and interaction design work Expert-level proficiency inFigma Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite Solid grasp ofUX principles , interaction design, andproduct thinking Strong collaboration skills; able to work independently or as part of a hybrid team Excellent communication skills and a passion forstorytelling through design
