Senior Accountant

Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple offices and entities ensuring compliance with GAAP internal policies and regulatory requirements Manage general ledger activity journal entries complex account reconciliations and multi-state tax obligations including sales and use tax and personal property tax with accuracy and efficiency Support month-end and year-end close processes coordinate internal and external audit activities and evaluate internal controls while providing financial insights to leadership Analyze financial data track performance metrics and support budgeting forecasting and cash flow management initiatives to drive strategic decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferably within a law firm environment with strong knowledge of general ledger accounting financial reporting budgeting and legal billing and trust accounting practices Strong organizational communication and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-state high-volume environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel financial modeling and legal accounting software (Aderant Expert preferred) with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesJoin Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional seeking accounting operations exposure mentorship and long-term stability.
