Executive VP, Pipeline & Construction - Scale 15–20 Projects/Year

Evergreen seeks an EVP Pipeline and Construction to lead an integrated platform spanning acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management. You will drive cross-functional execution, resource allocation, and risk management while aligning with the company’s 10-year growth objectives. You will implement standardized stage-gate processes, oversee multiple teams, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards to stabilize assets and optimize portfolio performance.
