You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with business leaders and candidates, and drive exceptional candidate experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, Talent teams, and hiring managers, overseeing external candidate engagement and leveraging AI to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency.
