Legal Engagement & Staffing Manager

Manatt is seeking a hands-on Manager of Legal Engagement to join the Talent team. You will support attorney staffing, onboarding, and policy compliance across legal practices, partnering with practice leaders and the Director of Legal Engagement to ensure consistent guidance and workload alignment. The role is highly operational, focusing on day-to-day staffing, integration of new attorneys, and ensuring adherence to time policies and engagement practices across offices.
