Executive Drirector - Affordable Senior Housing

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management. Other degrees and extensive appropriate experience will also be given serious consideration. Administrative experience, such as in housing management, gerontology, a long-term care facility, or health care organization. Significant supervisory experience and computer literacy strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills; ability to work with a variety of people; strong conflict resolution skills; the ability to oversee and manage multiple assignments and deadlines; exercise an appreciation for a diverse and inclusive environment. A good and ready sense of humor is a plus.
