Impactful RBT - In-Person ABA Therapy for Kids

Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland (Essex) is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children with ASD under BCBA guidance. You will implement ABA plans, collect data on progress, and work closely with families to reinforce new skills. This in-person role requires reliability, empathy, and a strong willingness to learn about ABA. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
