Senior Director, Global Accounting & Financial Controls

ClassDojo is seeking an experienced accounting and tax leader to scale all aspects of the company's finance operations, reporting to the CFO. You will build systems, oversee monthly closes, audits, and financial reporting, and partner with executives across the business to enable growth and responsible risk management. This role oversees in-house and external accounting teams, manages tax and treasury, and supports strategic initiatives including potential M&A, fundraising, and an eventual IPO.
