Offshore Engineering Manager, Drilling Operations

H&P Offshore is seeking an Offshore Engineering Manager to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Operations Engineering in offshore drilling. You will manage engineers, set priorities, and partner with HSE, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective rig performance. You will lead across disciplines, drive risk-based decisions, and maintain engineering standards and procedures to improve safety and efficiency.
