Print Operator

Location: Lynnfield, MA

Pay Rate: $19/hr (W2)

Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Duration: 3 Months (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary: The Print Operator will operate and monitor a high-volume client printing fleet to produce time-sensitive financial, healthcare, transportation, and transactional documents while meeting strict client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage multiple client printers (Nuvera, Versant, Baltoro Inkjet, Trivor).Print transaction statements during peak cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).Partner with scheduling and operations teams to meet production deadlines and SLAs. Perform preventive maintenance, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor equipment performance and report issues to leads or managers. Follow SOPs, complete documentation, and ensure quality standards are met. Work independently with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
