Middle School Athletics Stipend Vacancy Notice East Aurora Middle School is seeking qualified candidates for Middle School Athletics stipend positions. The selected individual will support the school's athletic program by promoting student-athlete development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and adherence to district and athletic association policies and procedures. Essential responsibilities include organizing, supervising, and conducting practices and competitions; fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all student-athletes; promoting sportsmanship, character development, and academic success; ensuring the safety and well-being of participants; communicating effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration; maintaining compliance with district policies and athletic association regulations; and assisting with equipment inventory, maintenance, and program needs as assigned. Qualifications include previous coaching, playing, or related athletic experience preferred; demonstrated ability to work effectively with students; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and clearances, including background checks; and First Aid/CPR certification preferred or required based on district guidelines. This is a stipend position. Compensation will be provided according to the district's approved stipend schedule and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
