Site Security Manager We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a residential HOA community in Sanford, North Carolina. This leadership position is responsible for managing daily security activities, ensuring site coverage, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week

NCMinimum Qualifications:
Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required Prior security experience required Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to lead a team while maintaining a professional presence Proficiency with incident reporting and basic computer applications Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Essential Duties:
Supervise and support on-site security personnel Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain proper site coverage Ensure officers are following post orders, site procedures, and company policies Serve as the primary point of contact for site management and HOA representatives Monitor and oversee gate access control operations Review incident reports and ensure accurate documentation Conduct site inspections and address security concerns proactively Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel Assist with investigations and follow-up on security-related incidents Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
