Lab Technician IV

Location: San Jose, California

Pay Range: $40 What's the Job? Support process development and wafer integration engineering teams by executing experiments, logging data accurately, and troubleshooting processes. Adapt to changes on the fly and pursue alternate paths when necessary to achieve objectives. Operate metrology and inspection tools to support measurement and evaluation needs. Identify and drive resolution of problems that could impact output or quality. Monitor tool performance as needed and react to out-of-control situations to maintain stable operations. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Willingness to learn, stay flexible, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in cleanroom and semi-cleanroom environments while following established procedures. Experience using metrology and inspection tools is preferred (examples include AFM, MFM, interferometer, SEM, and high magnification optical microscopy). Experience in semiconductor/IC manufacturing or magnetic read/write head slider fabrication is a significant plus. What's in it for me? Opportunity for a 12-month contract with potential to extend and/or possible conversion to FTE based on performance, budget, and ongoing business need.
