Bilingual Patient Advocate & Experience Specialist

Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Patient Advocate to extend the clinical care team by resolving communication and cultural barriers using advocacy skills. The role will educate, influence staff and providers, and empower LEP patients and families to improve their experience while collaborating with leadership to deliver patient-centered care. Minimum education is a high school diploma with 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in acute care.
