We're looking for a creative, energetic Retail Visual Merchandiser who loves design, enjoys working with people, and has an eye for creating memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you'll transform our garden center into an inviting destination by building inspiring displays, maintaining seasonal presentations, and bringing our merchandising vision to life. You'll collaborate with store teams, support customers, and help create an environment that encourages discovery and delight.
What You'll Do:
Design and maintain beautiful plant, garden, and seasonal displays Create impactful focal points and promotional presentations Implement merchandising standards and marketing campaigns Manage store signage and visual communications Evaluate customer traffic flow and recommend improvements Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with daily operations
What You'll Bring:
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for visual presentation Previous retail merchandising experience (2+ years)Strong communication and organizational skills An interest in gardening, plants, or retail merchandisingA positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
