As a Weekend Warrior LPN, you will provide exceptional care to our residents while working weekends. We offer a perfect setting to enjoy life, with lovely walking paths, decks, and ample green spaces. Our professional team of caregivers focuses on each resident as a whole person, encompassing their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Serve as charge nurse, overseeing the care provided by CNAs and monitoring quality of care
- Participate in the care planning process and monitor the effectiveness of patient/resident plans of care
- Report to the nurse manager, nursing supervisor, or ADON as needed
- Provide caring and skilled nursing care to residents
Requirements/Qualifications:
Valid LPN Practical Nurse LicenseCPR Certification New Graduates are welcome to apply; no experience necessary
