Responsibilities: As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems across Mission Critical, Data Center, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Advanced Technology projects. Working within a collaborative design-build environment, you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to develop innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions. Depending on your level, you will contribute to project design, technical leadership, client engagement, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting the successful delivery of some of the industry's most complex facilities. Location & Working Arrangement Opportunities are available across multiple locations nationwide.

People Requirements: To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience designing HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, or mechanical building systems. Experience within Data Centers, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Advanced Technology projects. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering design tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. EIT and PE candidates are encouraged to apply.
