Aerotek Hiring Machine Operators in Leetsdale, PALooking for a company that values hard work, reliability, and career growth? Aerotek is hiring experienced Rotomold Machine Operators for 2nd shift opportunities with a growing manufacturing team. If you have machine operating experience and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.
What You'll Do:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding machines
  • Prepare molds and load production materials for manufacturing runs
  • Remove finished products from molds and perform trimming and cleaning as needed
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Read and follow production work instructions and process sheets
  • Complete minor machine and mold maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with rotational molding, injection molding, or similar production processes preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, move throughout the facility, and perform physical tasks as required
