About the Role: You will be responsible for opening new clients, expanding market presence, and delivering high‑quality talent across accounting and finance functions while managing and fulfilling requisitions end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities: Business Development — Build and expand client relationships across accounting firms, corporate finance departments, and industry‑specific organizations. Identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and grow your own book of business. Market Expansion — Develop and launch a new division or territory within the Accounting & Finance vertical, establishing Green Key’s presence in a new market. Source Accounting & Finance Talent — Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across accounting, finance, audit, tax, FP&A, and corporate operations. Full Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Client Partnership — Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high‑quality candidate submissions. Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across accounting, finance, and corporate business sectors. Pipeline Management — Maintain proactive pipelines for high‑demand accounting and finance roles.

Candidate Experience: Provide a consultative, high‑touch experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
