Apply for this role →We are working on behalf of a very fast-growing maker of modular coupling /connector products that connect fiber to the Data Center. They are starting up a group that will focus on co-packaged optics, and they will work with the Hyperscalers to integrate their CPO coupling product with Optical Transceiver ICs and other optoelectronics.
About the Role:
This company is looking for a Business Unit Head for this CPO product who will determine customer needs, develop strategies and product roadmaps, drive product development and do P&L.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs
- Develop strategies and product roadmaps
- Drive product development
- Manage P&LQualificationsBSEE or higher degree7 to 10 years of optoelectronics, engineering, marketing, and management experience
Required Skills:
Understanding of CPO, Fiber to Chip, Optical Transceivers, OE Device packaging, and Photonics on chip Ability to lead the integration of its product into the Hyperscalers
Preferred Skills:
Technical person with good business acumen who can grow into the Business leadership role
