Apply for this role →Introduction The Lead Technical Consultant / Business Process Consultant - ITAM will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solutions, configure solutions, and provide advisory support. They will work closely with customer process owners, key sponsors, and stakeholders to align current processes towards improvement and recommended ServiceNow leading practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prescriptive ITAM - HAM/SAM guidance
- Push back on poor requirements
- Simplify workflows
- Create user stories
- Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes towards improvement
- Advise the Product Owner(s) in story creation and refinement
- Ranking adherence to desired process outcomes
- Assist in future roadmap planning
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow experienceIT Asset Management knowledge
- Hardware Asset Management expertise
- Software Asset Management expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create user stories
Required Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS - HAM, CIS - SAM
