What you'll be doing: Lead the design and delivery of high-profile landscape architecture projects across Florida and beyond Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence Develop and maintain strong client relationships; support new business opportunities and strategic growth Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to create holistic, integrated solutions Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept through completion
