EU Licensed Commercial Counsel

Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, partnership, and commercial agreements Support the General Counsel in managing international negotiations and independently handle assigned contracts Implement AI-powered legal tools and improve contracting workflows to enhance legal operationsRequired qualificationsFully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience Extensive experience in negotiating complex enterprise technology agreements with regulated clients Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks relevant to tech companies Commercially minded approach to risk management and ability to articulate risks to stakeholders Ability to deliver rapid turnarounds in a fast-paced startup environment
