This individual will oversee complex architectural projects, drive client relationships, and ensure full compliance with public regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level project leadership, team management, and client representation. Navigate regulatory agency reviews and approvals, with a heavy emphasis on public educational projects. Support firm operations, quality control, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Registered Architect (RA) preferred with proven senior leadership experience. Must have direct, hands-on experience working with the New York State Education Department (NYSED) project submission and approval processes. Strong team leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
