Director of Data Platform & AI Product Engineering

Accion Opportunity Fund is seeking a Director of Data and Product Engineering to build and run data analytics, AI tooling, and customer/internal products. This hands-on role involves writing code, designing pipelines, and growing into leading a team. You will own the data platform, work across Salesforce, AWS, dbt, and Terraform, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate reporting, governance, and product delivery in a regulated lending environment.
