Director of Donor Experience (Remote)

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Director, Donor Experience to lead the national mid-level donor program. You will steward donors, coach the DXO team, and drive growth while managing approximately $6M in team revenue. This fully remote role reports to the National Director, Strategic Philanthropy. Your leadership will focus on growth, retention, and authentic donor relations, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to track KPIs.
