Assembly & Finishing Associate Get Ready

Job Summary: We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly & Finishing Associate for the Get Ready department of an industrial filter manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for completing the final assembly, cleaning, and finishing steps on industrial filters before they are sent to Quality Control (QC).This is a hands-on production position that requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive assembly and finishing tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.

Job Responsibilities: Install handles/grips onto industrial filters Install and glue O-Rings when required Vacuum and clean completed filters Remove dust, debris, and other materials from finished products Perform final detailing and finishing work Check filters for visible issues before sending them to Quality Control Prepare completed filters for the QC department Handle products carefully to prevent damage Keep the workstation clean and organized Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Meet daily production expectations

Qualifications: Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Must be available to work the complete Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM schedule Bilingual English/Spanish Must be able to understand work instructions and safety procedures provided in Spanish
