Customer Analyst Manager

Must Have: Skills: At least 7 years of increasingly responsible accounting experience within a corporate or commercial setting Proven track record of leading, coaching, or developing accounting and finance team members Deep hands-on expertise with monthly and annual close cycles, general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and GAAP standards Demonstrated experience managing audits, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring regulatory and tax compliance Familiarity with budgeting processes, cash oversight, and driving procedural enhancements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of the month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements suitable for executive and board-level review packages Manage and develop the US-based finance team through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing performance conversations Oversee audit coordination, tax compliance obligations, and the maintenance of robust internal control frameworks Collaborate with finance and operations partners to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline workflows Shape the financial controls and reporting team's strategic direction in alignment with broader organizational goals, particularly as the company scales If the above seems like a fit, then apply!!
